1. Introduction
Findtol is a Pakistan-based service marketplace platform operated by a registered entity under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (CUIN: 0308953). By accessing or using Findtol, users and service providers (“Providers”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern all platform interactions, bookings, and transactions.
2. Platform Role
Findtol facilitates connections between users and independent Providers for a wide range of small-scale services. Findtol does not directly deliver services and holds no liability for the execution, quality, or outcome of any service rendered by a Provider.
3. Consent to Payment Holding
By using the platform, both users and Providers explicitly consent to Findtol holding the payment amount until the service is marked as completed by the Provider, subject to other terms and conditions including dispute and refund policies.
This mechanism ensures service accountability and protects both parties during the transaction lifecycle.
4. User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and complete information when booking or posting custom requests.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with Providers.
• Conduct appropriate due diligence before booking and before commencement of service, including verifying service scope, pricing, and provider credibility.
• Make payments only through approved platform channels.
• Refrain from soliciting or accepting services outside the platform.
5. Provider Responsibilities
• Accept only tasks within their verified scope, zone, and availability.
• Deliver services as described and agreed upon with the user.
• Maintain professional conduct and timely communication.
• Conduct due diligence before accepting bookings and before commencing service, including confirming user requirements and feasibility.
• Refrain from offering or accepting off-platform transactions.
6. Booking & Payments
• All bookings are subject to provider availability and zone coverage.
• Payments must be made through Findtol’s approved channels.
• Findtol may deduct platform fees or commissions as disclosed.
• Payment will be held by Findtol until the Provider marks the service as completed, after which the release is subject to dispute and refund terms.
7. Custom Requests & Pricing
• Users are encouraged to submit custom requests for services, especially where standard listings may not fully reflect their needs.
• Prices shown on the platform are indicative only and may vary based on:
• Specific user requirements
• Timeline and urgency
• Location of service
• Provider’s own pricing and scope
• Providers may respond to custom requests with tailored offers, which users may accept or reject.
8. Chat & Communication
• Chat between users and Providers is currently enabled after booking confirmation.
• Pre-booking chat is not available at this time.
• All communication must remain respectful, relevant to the service, and within platform boundaries.
• All service requirements, clarifications, and expectations should be communicated via the platform’s chat system as far as possible.
• Findtol may monitor or moderate chat interactions to ensure safety and compliance.
9. Off-Platform Transactions
• Any attempt by users or Providers to take orders or payments outside the Findtol platform is strictly prohibited.
• If a party is found to be involved in off-platform dealings:
• Their account may be suspended or permanently removed.
• Any held payments may be forfeited at Findtol’s discretion.
• Future access to the platform may be denied.
10. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
• All cancellation and refund matters are governed by Findtol’s separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which users and Providers are expected to review prior to booking.
• Users and Providers are responsible for conducting due diligence before booking and before commencement of service.
• Findtol may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for outcomes resulting from insufficient diligence or miscommunication.
11. Liability & Indemnity
Findtol is not liable for:
• Service delays, damages, or losses caused by Providers.
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or negligence by users or Providers.
Users and Providers agree to indemnify Findtol against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.
12. Privacy & Data
User data is handled in accordance with applicable laws and Findtol’s privacy policy. Sensitive information shared during service execution is the responsibility of the parties involved. Findtol does not store or assume liability for private communications or off-platform exchanges.
13. Modifications
Findtol reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users and Providers are encouraged to review this section periodically.
