1. Scope
This policy governs all cancellations initiated by users or service providers (“Providers”) on the Findtol platform. It complements the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. User-Initiated Cancellations
•     Users may cancel a booking only before the service has commenced.
•     Once the Provider has started or marked the service as “in progress,” no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
•     Cancellation must be done via the platform interface to be considered valid.
•     Users are encouraged to communicate any changes or concerns via the platform’s chat system prior to cancellation.

3. Provider-Initiated Cancellations
•     Providers may cancel a booking within 12 hours of acceptance, provided there is a reasonable justification (e.g., illness, unavailability, technical issue).
•     Cancellations after this 12-hour window may result in a penalty of 5% of the booking amount, payable to Findtol.
•     Repeated cancellations without valid cause may lead to account suspension or removal.

4. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
•     If no eligible Provider is available or assigned within a reasonable timeframe, Findtol may cancel the booking.
•     In such cases, the user shall be entitled to a 100% refund, processed automatically or upon request.

5. Communication & Documentation
•     All cancellation-related communication should be conducted via the platform’s chat system to ensure traceability.
•     Off-platform agreements or verbal cancellations will not be recognized.
•     Users and Providers are responsible for maintaining clear, documented communication regarding service expectations and changes.

6. Off-Platform Activity
•     Any attempt to take bookings or payments outside the Findtol platform is strictly prohibited.
•     If a user or Provider is found engaging in off-platform transactions:
•     Their account may be suspended or permanently removed.
•     Any held payments may be forfeited at Findtol’s discretion.
•     No refund or cancellation protection will apply.

7. Final Authority
•     All cancellation decisions, penalties, and refund eligibility are subject to Findtol’s internal review.
•     Findtol’s decision is final and binding.
•     The platform reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
